A: We ship to the US, its territories, APO/FPO addresses and Canada ONLY. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duty inspections.

A: X Home Fitness utilizes UPS Ground service for expedited delivery within the Continental US. For P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories DHL Smartmail service will be used.
Q: When Will I Get My Order
A: Please use this as a guide for estimated delivery times. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
» Shipment within the Continental US will have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days from the date your order has shipped.
» Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take from 10 to 14 business days from the date your order has shipped.
» Shipments to Puerto Rico may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery from the date your order has shipped.

Q: What Does Shipping Cost?
A: We have some of the lowest shipping prices anywhere. They vary depending on the value and weight of the item you purchase. Heavier items may include a shipping surcharge between $5.00 and $15.00 in addition to the shipping rates shown above.
Q: I Ordered My Item Using a P.O. Box or APO. When Will I Get My Order?
A: Packages sent to P.O Box addresses will be sent by DHL Smartmail and may take up to 10 to 14 business days for delivery from the date your order has shipped.
For APO/FPO addresses DHL Smartmail is also used and may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, depending upon location.

Returns should be shipped within 30 days from when you have been issued RMA code. Please do not ship your return package COD because the package will not be accepted.
- After your return package has been received and inspected, X Home Fitness will issue a refund amount equivalent to your initial order minus the cost of shipping and handling. A refund will be issued back to your credit card within 3 weeks depending on your credit card provider.
To expedite refunds, we request that returns be sent either via USPS with a tracking number, UPS or Federal Express. This will allow us to track any return packages shipped by you and ensure a quicker refund process.
Note: Credit card refunds can take up to 10 additional days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Your funds are debited from our account immediately when the refund is issued. Contacting your credit card company directly to inquire, may help.
